In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations in the Philippines, phpak may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before approving certain withdrawals or upon reaching specified transaction thresholds. KYC documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or voter's ID), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

phpak's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant event.

phpak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or money laundering, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players. Where an Account is closed for a Terms breach, any remaining Wallet balance may be forfeited after a thirty (30) day notice period during which the Player may contest the decision as outlined in Section 15.

Any outstanding verified Wallet balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after applicable KYC checks are completed. In respect of all Game outcomes, phpak's determination, based on its game server records and provider audit logs, shall be final and binding except in cases of demonstrable system error. phpak's server records shall prevail over any other evidence in the event of a dispute concerning game outcomes or transaction history.
